maddie is my 9 year old grand daughter, she loves to go hunting and fishing. Top photo was taken at a defunct gravel plant south of Redding, we hunted a 65 acre pond. Bottom photo, Craig Smith, Maddie, Seth Walters and Sugar. We made a small pond, approx. 2 acres, a 1/2 mile from the Sacramento River just north of Anderson. We can direct the flow of water into the pond and do not have to pump it. It's secluded and the mallards and wood ducks like it.
I'm looking for kids hunting photos to post on my blog and also on my web-site and always interested in talking about duck hunting.
